Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Clava LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“clava”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of joinclava.markets, the clava waitlist and, once they open, the clava app and the clava program on Solana (together, the “service”). By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

clava is software. It lets you open leveraged long and short positions on stocks, crypto, currencies, metals and prediction markets, with collateral held as a yield-bearing dollar token such as USDY, jlUSDC or syrupUSDC, and lets you deposit into the pools that take the other side.

Today clava is a waitlist. The program is not live on Solana mainnet, and anything shown on the site before then, including live prices and worked examples, is a preview.

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address and the markets you said you are interested in, and write to you once, on the day clava opens. We do not send marketing email or sell your address. You can leave the list at any time by writing to hello@joinclava.markets. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep.

• You are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Using clava is legal where you live and where you are.
• You are not on a sanctions list and do not act for anyone who is, or for anyone in a sanctioned country or region.
• You do not use a VPN or anything else to get around a restriction that applies to you.

Some markets and tokens are not available to everyone. USDY is not offered to US persons. Checking what applies to you is your responsibility.

clava is not a broker, exchange operator, bank, custodian or adviser. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. Positions are contracts settled against a price: you do not own the share, coin, currency or metal they track.

clava is non-custodial. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction. We never hold your keys and cannot move, recover or reverse anything. A transaction confirmed on Solana is final.

Using clava carries real risk, including the loss of everything you put in. The risks page forms part of these terms.

The team holds an upgrade key, an admin key and the oracle key, described on the security page. The admin key may change fees, spreads, carry and limits within the caps in the program, including for open positions.

• Break any law, or use clava for money laundering, fraud or market manipulation.
• Attack, overload or interfere with the site, the API, the oracle or the program.
• Pretend to be clava, or suggest that we endorse you.

clava relies on services it does not control: Solana, wallet software, the token issuers, Jupiter and the price sources. Their terms govern your use of them.

The clava name, mark, design and text belong to us. You may link to the site and share it, but not use our name or mark to suggest you are clava or work with us.

clava is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site or app at any time; the program’s own rules continue to apply to positions on chain.

To the fullest extent the law allows, clava and the people who build it are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, funds or data, arising from your use of clava. Nothing here limits a right that the law where you live does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do, and say so on the site for significant changes. Using clava after a change means you accept it.
