Privacy policy

The short version: If you join the waitlist we keep your email address and the markets you ticked, to write to you once when clava opens. We don’t sell it and we don’t track you. You can have it removed at any time.

01Who we are

clava is operated by Clava LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“clava”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers joinclava.markets and the clava waitlist. Questions go to hello@joinclava.markets.

02What we see

What	Why	Kept
Waitlist email and the markets you ticked	To write to you once, the day clava opens	Until it opens, or until you ask us to remove it
Requests to our API (IP address, time, the page or price asked for)	To serve prices, sign them and stop abuse	In our host’s logs, about 30 days
Your wallet address, once the app opens and you connect	To read your balances and positions from Solana	Not stored by us; it is public on chain
Transactions you send, once the app opens	They are how the app works	Permanently, on Solana, public to everyone
Emails you send us	To answer you	Until the matter is closed

03Public by nature

Once clava opens, everything you do with the program is a public Solana transaction tied to your wallet address. We cannot delete or hide it, and neither can anyone else.

04Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, which receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type. Waitlist emails are stored with Upstash, our database provider. Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so no font service sees your visit. When the app opens, swaps will be quoted by Jupiter, which sees your wallet address and the swap.

05Cookies

We set no cookies and run no analytics. See the Cookie Policy.

06Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (including leaving the waitlist) by writing to hello@joinclava.markets with “Privacy request” in the subject. We reply within two working days and act within 30 days.

07Children

clava is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data about them.

08Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page first.
